Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory levels, participate in store inventory counts, and follow cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and in a team.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
