Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. From merchandising to cashiering and maintaining a clean environment, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and handle customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store by stocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs and inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Conduct inventory tasks following company guidelines and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply for this role at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and provide excellent customer service.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 45 pounds, stocking shelves, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
