Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere for shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, arrange displays neatly, and ensure products are easily accessible to customers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Perform general cleaning duties and contribute to maintaining the overall store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks related to stocking and organizing merchandise.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
