Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
