Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, stocking products, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The position is full-time with an average of 32-40 hours per week and starts at a competitive wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold document security.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness to company standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
