Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, handling cashier responsibilities, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization to create a pleasant shopping environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Report product and inventory issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the store's security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail or equivalent knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
