Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers by ensuring the store is well-maintained and assisting with various tasks like merchandising, cashiering, and stocking.

Position Information

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient shopping environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Operate a cash register and retail equipment proficiently.
• Ability to handle physical demands like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
