Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through your merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and customer service skills. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Work collaboratively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent.
