Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our stores are well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashiering, restocking, and general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
