Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as required.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
