Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
