Are you a Foodie seeking a new and exciting opportunity? Come join the Whole Foods Market team as a Storewide Team Member. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time roles across various departments including Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body. Immediate openings are available in the Meat and Seafood departments. As a Team Member, you will provide support related to customer service, stocking, and sanitation, while ensuring a positive company image through friendly and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked cases and shelves.
• Maximize sales potential through effective merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Address customer needs in a timely manner and provide excellent service.

Requirements

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Passion for natural foods and Whole Foods Market's mission.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
