Responsibilities

• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties.
• Follow department procedures for stocking and rotating products.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling techniques.

• No prior retail experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Passion for natural foods and Whole Foods Market mission.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various environments.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
• Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals and different temperatures.
• Ability to use tools and equipment related to the position.

Competitive wage range: $16.00 - $24.40 USD Hourly. Whole Benefits: health insurance, retirement plan benefits, store discount, paid time off, and other programs. New Team Members may be eligible for a base rate increase after their 90-day anniversary.
