Team Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time Storewide Positions)

Job Description

We are currently seeking Team Associates for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions at Whole Foods Market. As a Team Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments such as Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Keep cases and shelves well-stocked and clean.
• Follow department procedures for stocking and merchandising.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling techniques.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly.

Requirements

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Passion for natural foods and Whole Foods Market's mission.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
