Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 3087 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will lead and train team members to provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and complying with all JIB procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Team Leader training classes completion, effective communication skills, basic math ability, self-starter mindset, and integrity.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to be mobile, lift moderate weights, take orders, operate a cash register, and understand customer requests.
