Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Store 7102 in Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service.
- Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and hold ServSafe certification where required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse groups, basic math proficiency, and organizational skills are essential.
- Physical requirements include standing and walking most of the shift, lifting up to 25 lbs, and operating a cash register.
