Job Description

As a Team Leader at Store 7103 of Jack in the Box, you will play a crucial role in leading and training team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications

Experience: Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience at Jack in the Box or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: The ideal candidate should be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and possess effective communication skills. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages may be necessary based on the restaurant's location. Strong interpersonal, math, analytical, organizational, and computer skills are essential. Integrity, initiative, and ethical behavior are expected.

Physical Requirements: The role involves standing and walking for the majority of the shift, lifting up to 25 lbs, taking guest orders, operating a cash register, and using video monitors.
