Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7139 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will play a key role in training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This includes ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
- Completion of Team Leader training classes and ServSafe certification (where required).
- Effective communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency based on location.
- Strong interpersonal, math, analytical, and organization skills.
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and software applications.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk extensively, lift moderate weights, and operate cash registers and equipment.
