Job Description

As a Team Leader at Store 7171 with Jack in the Box, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by leading and training team members. Your responsibilities include upholding quality food standards, meeting guest expectations, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 months of experience at Jack in the Box and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotions, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and may need to be ServSafe certified. Excellent communication skills, basic math proficiency, ability to work with diverse groups, analytical and organizational skills, and basic knowledge of computers and software applications.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, lift and carry moderate weight, operate a cash register, and effectively communicate with guests.
