Responsibilities

• Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and stocking of cases and shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and maximize sales potential.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Physical stamina to stand/walk for 6-8 hours and perform various tasks.
