Responsibilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Follow department procedures for stocking and preparing products.
- Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and proper rotation.
- Maximize sales potential through effective merchandising.
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Report safety hazards and perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Basic product knowledge and quality inspection skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with good time management skills.
- Passion for natural foods and fast-paced work environments.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
- Perform bending, twisting, reaching, and work in various temperatures.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely.
