Job Description
We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Team Member positions at Whole Foods Market. As a Team Member, you will work in various departments including Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking products, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in your assigned department.
Responsibilities
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
- Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and rotation.
- Keep cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and organized.
- Maximize sales potential through effective merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
- Report safety hazards and violations promptly.
Requirements
- No prior retail experience required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
