Position Highlights
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage.
- Participate in developing and evaluating strategies to achieve patient goals.
- Mentor and educate nursing staff, work with medical professionals, and oversee medication management.
- Provide direct patient care on the nursing unit.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with BSN preferred.
- Minimum of one year in nurse leadership role.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
