Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Intern who is a current college student to join our team at Aldi in Oak Creek. This internship provides valuable real-world experience in warehouse operations, offering insights into what makes Aldi America's fastest-growing grocery retailer. Successful completion of the program may lead to full-time opportunities post-graduation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge from training leaders to understand the importance of building a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to learn warehouse operations.
• Assist in training, administrative tasks, and creating a positive working environment.
• Contribute to inventory control tasks and problem-solving processes.
• Prepare and present a report on an area of warehouse operations to Aldi executives.

Education and Experience

In current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

Physical Requirements
