Warehouse Operations Intern - Current College Student

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operations Intern to join our team at Aldi. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and learn from industry experts. Successful completion of the program may lead to a full-time position post-graduation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn warehouse operations and collaborate with warehouse staff.
• Assist in administrative tasks and training activities.
• Contribute to maintaining a high level of efficiency in warehouse operations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on specific areas of warehouse operations.
• Participate in Six Sigma methodologies such as Waste Walks and problem-solving.

Education and Experience

• Current pursuit of Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent standing, bending, and movement around the warehouse.
