1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employee. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
