Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with our team and providing exceptional customer service, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling procedures
- Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
