Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register with efficiency and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
