Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs, enhancing their overall experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor and report inventory discrepancies and product issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
