Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company procedures and maintain store security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer service and cash register experience preferred
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
