Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize errors and losses.
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Complete any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Fulfill state and local requirements for alcohol sales handling.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
