Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Take inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on product issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
