Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our growing team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
- Follow cash handling procedures and company policies to ensure security and accuracy.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and operate equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and other necessary equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
