Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. You will work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and dedication are valued.

Position Type

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrate positive attitude and resilience in challenging situations.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
