1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule based on assigned shifts.
