1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting any issues.
• Operate equipment and follow safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaborative competencies.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma preferred.
