1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
