Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and requires working varying schedules, each with different days off. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, provide input for process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. To excel in this role, you must be detail-oriented, adhere to company policies, and demonstrate effective communication skills.
Job Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must be 18 years or older and exhibit competencies such as conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. Additionally, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have the physical capability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
