1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Workers to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for store deliveries. Your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, warehouse inventory counts, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competencies in quality, safety, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
