Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. The position involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and warehouse leadership to enhance processes. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
