Job Description
Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc is looking for a dedicated Agronomy Applicator to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Agronomy Applicator, you will be responsible for applying crop nutrients and protection products while maintaining vehicles and equipment. We are searching for a candidate who is mechanically-inclined, enjoys working outdoors, and is adept at operating equipment.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals according to recommendations.
- Ensure safe application practices in compliance with environmental regulations and company guidelines.
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and facilities to ensure proper functioning.
- Perform mechanical work on assigned vehicles.
- Complete applicator logs and reports accurately.
- Monitor product inventory levels to prevent delays in application or delivery schedules.
- Load and unload inventory shipments efficiently.
- Promote business with existing and potential customers.
- Timely delivery of products to local destinations.
- Obtain and maintain a CDL license with necessary endorsements.
- Operate equipment safely and responsibly.
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
- Assist and train seasonal employees.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Prior experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
