Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and the store operates smoothly. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior retail experience is beneficial.
