Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance while delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer transactions, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
