We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhering to cash policies

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient with cash register operation and equipment handling
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
