Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Follow cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and other equipment.
  • Capability to perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
