Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-merchandised, cashiering efficiently, and maintaining a clean environment. You will collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service by assisting customers and processing purchases.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Operate cash registers and equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
