Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively within the team.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and potential improvements.
• Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions, and ensure document security.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of delivering prompt and courteous service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and handle store equipment safely and accurately.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
