Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a pivotal member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and assistance.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays neatly, and process customer purchases.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, assist in store inventory counts, and provide feedback on products.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
