Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
