Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate well with store management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Skills to safely use equipment and perform cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail work experience is a plus.
