Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your dedication to exceptional customer service will elevate the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate well with store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register with efficiency and accuracy.
- Skills to safely use equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail work experience is a plus.
